Terms of Service

By accessing or using Reposte at reposte.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for material changes via email or in-app notification.

Reposte is an AI-powered content repurposing tool that transforms your written content into platform-ready posts for LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, email newsletters, and other platforms.

The service is provided "as-is." While we work hard to keep Reposte reliable and available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Reposte. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. Notify us immediately at hello@reposte.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are solely responsible for the content you paste into Reposte and for any content you publish to social media platforms using Reposte's output. This includes ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit and that your use complies with applicable laws.

You agree not to use Reposte to:

• Submit or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Generate spam, misleading content, or coordinated inauthentic behavior
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Circumvent usage limits or access restrictions

Reposte uses AI to generate content suggestions. AI-generated content should be reviewed before posting. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any output. Outputs may occasionally contain errors, outdated information, or content that requires editing.

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing it anywhere. Reposte is a drafting aid, not a replacement for editorial judgment.

Reposte offers two tiers:

• Free: 5 repurposes per month, access to all 8 platforms and all tones. No credit card required.
• Pro: Unlimited repurposes for $29/month, plus URL import, saved repurpose history, and early access to new platforms.

Usage limits reset at the start of each calendar month. Unused repurposes do not roll over.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the billing portal (accessible from your account settings). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.

Pricing changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@reposte.app if you have a billing concern.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in behavior that harms other users or the integrity of the platform.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@reposte.app. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Reposte and its underlying technology, branding, and interface are owned by Reposte. You retain full ownership of the content you submit and the outputs generated from your content.

By submitting content, you grant Reposte a limited license to process that content for the sole purpose of providing the service to you.

The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reposte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Reposte in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
